Uh, no. No independent expert has had access to the original document. Two
different scanned replications have appeared on the web.

Personally, I think Obama is probably a U.S. Citizen. If there was something
squirrely about his birth certificate, someone from the Hawaii vital
statistics office would have leaked the incriminating evidence by now. You
just can keep secrets in government service.
