Cancel Comcast and go to AT&T 3mg DSL like I did. I am very satisfied with

DSL lite is $22/month.

Comcast: $1008.00 per year
AT&T: 265.00

Savings by dropping Comcast: $743

With any Internet connection, it may be good or bad, so you may not
always have a choice. Comcast is clearly overpriced and uses a lot of
promotional offerings to lure in new customers. Also, Comcast
charges $100 for installation (to connect two wires on the street),
AT&T self-install is free!
