Is true. There are exceptions, true, but they don't apply to me or anyone I
ever knew (You must: 1. Not be involved in a crime, 2. Be eligible to own a
gun, 3. Not be a member of a gang). And, if a pistol, the weapon has to be
concealed.
No permit, license, registration, or permission is required. The gun can be
loaded or unloaded, locked up or readily accessible. The gun you carry in
your vehicle can be anything from a .22 caliber pot-metal, piece of junk to
a quad-fifty anti-aircraft gun.
Regrettably, you can't carry mines or flame-throwers.
