Indeed. I am sure that no one will lose a single cent.

The problem is that when they get their money will it be worth
anything? Weimar Germany paid off the internal imperial war debt
after WW1 to the last marK, and no German lost a single pfenig.
Of course you couldn't buy a short beer with even a million mark
note, but thats another problem.....
