1/2 teaspoon salt
1cup flaked coconut
1/2 up baking mix
Whirl all ingredients in blender at high speed 2 minutes.Pourinto
greased and floured 9 inch pie dish. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven
45 minutes. Cool on rack.

1 12 0z. can evaporated milk
1 15 oz.can pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspon pumpkin pie spice
Prepare pan and bake same as above
only add 10 or 15 minutes more baking
