papers run '5 generation' photos. There are guys at work younger than
me, that have grandchildren in grade school.
You do the math.
Rich people go to college and have teenage years that extend until their
late 20s. Po' folk are still out on their own at 18, starting families
and what careers they can.
You had best follow the sociological continuum that leads to families at
age 18 or less. Being poor does not equate to 15 year old pregnancies
and 30 year old grandmothers. It is only the social situation that
leads here. If no one cares, then such will continue to happen.
