Certainly is! I can't get any updates from Microsoft because they tell
me
the volume license is blocked. Have you never seen the 'Genuine
Advantage'
updates installing in a Windows XP machine?

I've heard of it but not experienced it.

I wasn't aware it blocked updates, I thought it just gave a nag message
about being an
unlicensed copy.

Mind you, if you have SP2, I doubt it needs much patching.



Sorry, I've been too busy to be on my computer the last week or so.

There were 105 patches that wanted to be installed since SP2 and I opted
out of 9 others.
