Customer has small parts to perform multiple functions on. Probably a
total
of three steps. Load, drill, tap, unload. Okay... Four steps. G
Any suggestions out there on brand, etc? Parts are less than 6" cube size
and light weight.
Camco Unipak indexer. A number of them are on Ebay right now. Get the
indexer control and the matching rotary table. they will index in 4
90' positions if required. Sticking a pneumatic collet closer on the
rotary table will make things go faster when loading/unloading.
For neatness sake, run everything off a cheap PLC with some Hall
Effect Switches, or even microswitchs.
