One draw back might be that the baby boomers will miss those

and about 3/4 of those females would have been black which means
that about 90% would have become future welfare queens.

That means that about 28,000,000 would not have become taxpayers
but instead, tax users.


He dude.. I won't know where you are at... but here in CA.. the blacks
and the Hispanics..don't give up kids that easy... but those little
