His own admission of his income is telling: He will not be able to pay.
Maybe $10/month. Like I said, the _state_ will allow him to skate on this
theft. By allowing a person to declare bankruptcy, the state is allowing
one to get away with theft of services. Hide $100K in taxes that you owe
the government. Spend it, then when they find out and want it....try
declaring bankruptcy to get out of trouble. It won't happen.
