I wouldn't be using that fan until the installation mistakes have been
fixed. Ask friends & co-workers if they know an electrician they've been
happy with in the past. Electrician because if the installation is
mechanically incorrect, there's a good chance the wires may be funny too.




You should also check to see if the fan blades mounting bolts are all tight.
