Does this imply that there is a charge for the disposal of six sheets
of cement bonded asbestos?

When I went (1999), no. Though I didn't know about this six sheets lark.
I took a large water tank, which may or may not have been made of
asbestos but nevertheless, they took it for free and put it in their locked
container.

have a garage to relocate 6m, and gather the roof is no reusable.
