them whats going on. Ask them if they know what happened to the

Also ask them who's the best tech they got and go from there.
No its not gonna be free, and probably not gonna be cheap. Just consider

the offset between the lowest bidder, and having it done by a
*competent*,
licensed, insured, professionally trained, HVAC technician.
Why not try Burnham first, you have a warranty.
