Wrong. You have a 'right' to 'seek' medical care and a 'right' to do
to yourself whatever you please but you have no 'right' to coerce
others into providing you with a damn thing.

That's 'theft' and is ruled by whichever mob is the biggest with the
best weapons and, perhaps, a bit of 'luck' thrown in, like whether god
decides to sink half the Spanish fleet before it gets there.

The basic problem, or more precisely, flaw, in your reasoning is
ignorance of the fact that nearly all medical and pharmaceutical
advances begin with government funded research grants.
