you say, absorb the coast of some labor them self's. Now they want to
force every one that lives in the city limits to pay this new tax..

This means those that only rent for example. Not only that, They have
concluded that the old tax laws are clouded in this area and the TAX
that home owners have been paying all along does not cover this. SO now,
its a tax up on a TAX.

I really got a laugh about them wanting to tax bikes with frames
24" or larger base and those 50 CC mini bikes which by law, is not
required to be plated with a license driver.
