Yeah, even that would be a small down payment on the cost of the US
military intervention that inevitably will be needed to secure the middle
east oil producers such as Saudi Arabia. After the US withdraws from Iraq,
in failure, the whole region is going up in flames.

Yes? And: Why is this a bad thing?
