No. Maximum working pressure for 1/8" up to 1" using seamless or
continuous weld pipe is 700PSI, and even then anything over 300PSI you
must use steel rather than cast iron fittings.

Thanks all I am building a log splitter and thought I would use my
pipe threading kit and 1/2" pipe instead of getting hoses made. I'll
get the hoses I guess.
