Yes, which is what the government does to support socialism.

It's also un-Christian, and un- Islamic. it's also against the
Hippocratic Oath, should you have the ability to find a copy that hasn't
been "doctored" by the AMA..

None of these requires taking food off your neighbor's table to pay
your own bills. Or even recommends it, as far as I know.
