2 wire syatem is likely at least 50 years old.

That's a far cry from 100 in my counting system...but quite possibly 10
to maybe as much as 20 years newer than that, even.

the OP left out a lot of necessary info, when i asked and tried
explaing the reasons i asked a few got on my case

If you had "just" asked and not gone into your usual scare stories you'd
had no problems w/ me or anyone else...

Asking is not prefacing the "question" with a novel of what ifs and
horrible imagined consequences..

Age of house/wiring?
Type of construction?
Location of panel, access?
Type of wiring?
Purpose of grounding desired?
etc.,

THOSE are questions.
