stop by the physical office, ask the name of the president or
whatever. be nice but be persistent.Ask to speak to them. Chances are
you will be directed to someone else. So talk to them, write down
their name.

if you ever think someone is ignoring you ask them to write their name
down, the name of their boss and bosses phone number.
