Default Recommend Cordless Hammer Drill

Is there any cordless drill that has more consistent torque setting?

Never had a problem with my Panasonic. It uses a digital readout
with 16 different levels. It also has soft, medium, and hard tourque
settings.

Also, I would like some kind of drill stop to help speed up my hold making
when I know the depth ahead of time. Any drill also with that feature?

With a hand drill, people just use a piece of tape around the bit at
the desired depth. It's not a real drill stop since you do have to
keep an eye on the tape. It will usually prevent you from drilling
too deep since you can leave a flap of tape hanging that will mostly
prevent you from going too deep if you aren't too drunk.

Any drill press, even a cheap one, has a drill stop. Very useful if
you can bring the work to the tool since it allows you to make
perfect holes and countersinks everytime.
