Default 20mm-wide twin-core & earth cable: 10 sq.mm or 16 sq.mm?

There is some flat, twin-core and earth cable in my house that is 20mm

standard white-covered pre-2006 stuff.

Sounds like 16mm^2 to me:

CSA (CPC) Strands Overall
mm^2 No./dia. mm approx.
--------- ------- ----------
1.0 (1.0) 1/1.13 4.5 x 8.2
1.5 (1.0) 1/1.38 4.7 x 8.2
2.5 (1.5) 1/1.78* 5.3 x 9.9
4.0 (1.5) 7/0.85 6.1 x 11.4
6.0 (2.5) 7/1.04 6.8 x 13.1
10 (4.0) 7/1.35 8.4 x 16.8
16 (6.0) 7/1.71 9.6 x 19.5
* or 7/0.67
