I found some guys at work who are licensed contractors. The three of
them came highly recommended from my coworkers. They finished mudding
and sanding my basement in 4 days (about 12 hours total for three
guys). It was great because, since they are from my work, they worked
on my basement at night during the week (6PM-9PM) and on Saturday
AM. Any they charged me $660. Worked out perfect and they did a
fantastic job. Could not be happier.

Sounds good all the way around. What's the next project? Make it
interesting.
