Have to disagree there. While Atlas and Logan may be uncommon in commercial
shops, I've seen quite a few with South Bends.


And we have a lot of customers who are commercial shops. They use
everything from the 9" (not commonly) up to the 14" and the
Electri-Matic Automatic Turret Lathe.

Sorry Scott, didn't mean to imply that the Logans are less of a lathe than the
South Bends. Far from it. Just that they're somewhat less common.

The Atlas, though, is less often found in commercial shops because it is a less
substantial lathe. Not throwing rocks at it - I own one.

Should have made that clear.
