If Canadian authorities won't work on an issue of crime, why take the chance of

Seriously though it's a good idea. Where do you start? The local
police will say it's not their problem, the RCMP will say either it's
not a federal offense or they're looking into it - and never do
anything about it. The media doesn't care because it's too small.
You're left with small claims court. A formal complaint starts the
process I guess?? Will eBay shut him out? Has either post office
done anything??
