mess them up. We write in for advice, figure it out, and then fix it.
Sometimes it takes a week, while a real pro would take a couple of hours and
CHARGE for a week's time.

Actually, I had it fixed well within 24 hours... Faster than I could probably
get a tech out to my house given that it was a non-emergency.
