Unless its a designated residents bay they *do* have the right to park
outside your house.
Or at least they have the same rights as you do.
Generally you do not own the road outside your house or have any special
rights.





Short of going out and reading the sign on the post at the top of the road I
do know it says...residents parking permit only,Dennis.
