industry. Or a socialist who thinks private ownership is an affront to
the lame,lazy and other types who'd rather the "government" make all of
the decisions for all of us.
Not many places to buy a house that is not HOA infected.
Plus a HOA can be put in place after you buy. If enough of the stooges
in the "hood" support it or just are unaware of the happening you will
be forced into obeying it. No grandfather clause protection in most
states.
