Umm, you missed the point. They can manufacture
all the product they want, but if nobody buys it
it's not going to produce profit, and there's
not going to be any tax revenue.

The gist of the article is, well the recession
wasn't that bad, we are pulling out. But somebody
better be there to consume or it's gonna start
to stall.
