Smart move on Saddam's part. The Euro is up 33% over the dollar in Mr.
Bush's economic recovery, and the Halliburton shares have to be disposed
of before the ceiling caves in like Worldcom or Enron. Got to hand it to
the Republicans - they know when to duck before the **** hits the fan.

No that is entirely a fabrication, the reason he emerged was to sell
some of his Halliburton shares and to convert more of his dollars to
euros.
