95% (190 proof) is the maximum you can get without using benzine (think
cancer). The marbles were for fractional distillation to get 95% in one
run of the still. You do need a liscense, etc. Don't drink it. You need
to control the distillation if you don't want to poison yourself and
the revenuers will come take you away.

You don't have to use benzene to get rid of the other 5% of water. You can
use a desiccant. But, you still don't want to drink it, and you do need a
license.
