That site is obviously a plant to gain the owners Google income from the
AdSense advertising. The text has been stolen from
http://www.myownbusiness.org and the whole deceit is against the
following google AdSense program policy.

# No Google ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the
purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant.

If you click the 'Ads by Goooooogle' link just below the advertising,
and enter a complaint (no email address necessary to do so), hopefully
the spammer will lose their collected google revenue!
