I doubt Gunner is serious, but rather, was doing satire that highlighted
that Limbaugh and Kennedy both get special treatment.

Kennedy, a Democrat, gets to skip the incriminating breathlizer test,
and everyone ignores his lie about having to get to a House vote.

Limbaugh, a Republican, gets persecuted for a crime that is seldom
prosecuted, and has his civil rights to privacy violated.

By the liberals standard calls for prison time for Limbaugh, if they are
not two faced lying hypocrits with a double standard; they would want to
hang Kennedy. Limbaugh didn't drive drunk, repeatedly.
