I can't figure why these types of people even HAVE dogs.

Some people just bought the house next door. Before they even moved
in, I saw the little white flags of an impending invisible fence and
thought "Uh-oh."

Fortunately, the dog doesn't bark. But I can't understand why you
would buy a Husky, and leave it outside 24/7. The thing just lies
there on the driveway, day and night, with no human interaction.

And most of the time their expensive "ragdoll" cat is lying there next
to it.
