The part where you, as a consumer, go from paying for the roads through
taxes, to under your plan, being you the consumer paying for the roads
through higher prices to pay for the taxes. You're not gaining me
anything, you're just making my money go through an extra set of hands
in the process. In fact, your plan would cause prices to rise, which in
the sort-term at least would be taking money out of my pocket. No
thanks.
