Negative they were testing the oils from tankers if you remember and can
tell what oil was from the embargoed Iraq. Turkey had already had a pipeline
from Iraq going into their country and was allowed its oil. If you remember
Iraq purposely set up their tripple A fire along this pipeline and it was
once hit as collateral damage fuming Turkey. Much of these tactics from Iraq
caused us to use concrete bombs instead of explosive ones that can cause
more harm to people or assets as Iraq had purposely tried.
