Now it would seem that good old Dick forgot to tell his boss too....I
guess shooting people isn't such a big detail.

As for the possibility of alcohol usage, the unexplained delays we are
seeing in this situation are an excellent way to buy time to let the
alcohol level drop in one's blood stream. Alcohol would explain much in
how did shooting happened.

If I were his boss I would be asking why are we keeping him
around....he's becoming a liability.
