TFR and restricted airspace established over Windsor and surrounding
area for Super Bowl

To be clear, there is both a TFR in the US and a two matching
restricted areas in Canada. Transport Canada has issued the following
NOTAM for an 8 hour period of 5 February. The NOTAM is as follows,
current as of the date of this article, but pilots should check the
official sources immediately before flight to ensure that they have

· Squawk discrete transponder code assigned prior to entering
and at all times while in CYR540.

· Maintain two-way radio communication with ATS. For aircraft
departing CLM2, CGL2, CNE9, CRB2 or CRML, ensure your transponder is
on mode C and the assigned code before take off and establish two-way
communication with ATC or London Radio (126.7) as soon as able after
takeoff.

· Should anticipate possible delays.



Operations authorized within CYR 541, 10-30 nm area:

· Limited to state aircraft, military and police operations,
and regularly scheduled commercial passenger and cargo carriers,
