Suggest to him to make a car stacker elevator. - Where space isn't there to
drive up to a floor - often an elevator took cars up and then they drove
off the end to the floor...

All he needs is the lift. Some gas station might be out of luck and the
4 posted lifts they have outside - not the singles inside - would be the
ticket. It can be down all of the time - but when it has to rise,
a water switch could trigger the up button - or the wife could anytime...
Might find one at lower or give-away prices.
