A tanker truck of liquid Oxygen - and the black macadam - or black top road surface.
All it takes for a cloud of ox across it is to step on it or roll gently a car.

If you see a tanker in a wreck - it can be extremely important to determine
if it is Cardox (CO2) or LOX liquid Oxygen. One freezes the tires/feet the
other explodes the surface you walk on!
