Even worse there is no one in charge at all and we are on a
run-away bus with no driver while the people up front squabble
over whch way to turn, if they should stop the bus, etc. while
preventing anyone from the back of the bus that knows how to
drive from getting to the drivers seat.

Its all about "doing things right," v. "doing the right things."
