they are. I'm only guessing but I think all of Bush's advisors think they
are smarter than he is. Whether it's Karl Rove, Andrew Card, Cheney, Rummy,
Rice, Libby, and the rest, I bet every one of them thinks they are smarter
than Bush is. I bet they are too. So the question is who among us will admit
to being dumber than George Bush. Sound off if you think Bush is smarter
than you are.

It's totally irrelevant for a person in that postion, or anyone over
20 for that matter. Measure a man by what he does, nevermind scores
and metrics that might indicate potential of what he might be able to
do.
