110 grain 45cal bullet? sure you didn't mean 210
grain? 400fps is in the range of a bb or pellet
gun.

The revolving speed of the cutter may have been a
killer, but the actual killer was the weight and
size of that 1-5/8' square of metal.



In this case it wasn't speed that killed it was
weight.
