Nah. Not 30 percent. Only the fraction of those that
engage in illegal tax evasion. Same as for any other tax.
And then, only a fraction of those as well.

Now....where to get the tax money to pay for all these new jails and for
feeding all these new prisoners...( that now are contributing zilch to the
tax rolls )?


No money needed. They have to work for their shelter and
food. Understand how the jails in mexico work? Make
prison unpleasand enough and the first fraction above becomes
even smaller.
