But, as usual, you are deflecting the point.

The 'point' of hybrid vehicles is to provide a better mpg / reduce
pollutiuon compared with a 'std' vehicle.

If someone want's seamless and silent comfort I suggest they would buy
a 'luxury car', not a weird compromise?

Unlike you I passed my test (first time) and in a manual .. never had
any problem dealing with gears ever since ..
