The 2 HP pulls between 11 and 12 amps at idle. You can get it up a bit
by playing with how long the hoses are and blast gates, but that is
about the range. Makes it an honest 1.5 hp.

It's loud enough in a 15x22 garage I turn it off, buy you can have a
normal conversation and be heard over the top if it.

I also upgraded mine instantly with a Wynn cartridge.
