That's the one I used. Yes, you have to have all three (hot, neutral
and ground) in the box - it isn't a simple two-contact switch. You
can't get it to work otherwise. I bought it because it could handle
flourescent lights (or motors etc) with high loads. He does know
what he's talking about.
