My experience at Lowes was much like yours, positive. I don't think it
makes much sense to trash an entire store because a single salesdroid had an
attitude. Tell a manager or send email to the customer service address.
When you eliminate a store like Lowes from the list of possibilities, you're
only screwing yourself.
