It IS the human powered push type wheel hoe. The item in the picture is the main frame (missing the handles and the front wheel) with three cultivator teeth attached. The Planet Jr. name was used on much more than just the walk behind tractors. They made horse drawn and people powered garden and farm equipment long before they made anything with an engine on it. -- Steve W. |
