Default A quick note on door locks

Anyone out there that needs door locks, Big Lots has KwickSet (I know,
but if you don't like them, quit reading) for $10. They have their
MAX series in this group as well as some of their other lines, and
they have deadbolts, thumb latches, and all kinds of locksets,
latchsets, etc. All kinds of finishes, etc., all for $10.

There isn't enough of any one style of finish to do a house, but for
someone that needs a new lock or deadbolt, it's a steal. I went over
to buy some for temp locks when I do an emergency call on a kicked in
door, or a break in. But at $10, I figured what the hell, and bought
a new exterior rated nickel deadbolt for the shop, too.

You may not be so lucky, but FWIW, I bought their premier "Titanium"
series entry lock set that was a lever style, finished in the oiled
bronze color for $10. In the package was the latchset, matching
deadbolt and 4 keys for the $10. I bought all three on the shelf.

Hope this helps someone else! Might score some points on the home
front.....

Robert
